[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo team changes; Cosmo sprint

John Townsend is leaving OSAF to pursue an opportunity with a startup; 
we wish him the best of luck on his new project.

Ted Leung will be stepping into the role of development manager for the 
Cosmo team. Ted will also continue to work on community issues for all 
OSAF projects. Priscilla will expand her role to become the program 
manager for the whole Cosmo project (building on her previous role as 
Scooby program manager). Many thanks to Ted and Priscilla for taking on 
the new responsibilities.

The core Cosmo team just finished a sprint where we tackled the Cosmo 
roadmap, the sharing format used by Cosmo and Chandler, target users and 
several other topics. Priscilla organized a great sprint! For more
