[Cosmo-dev] Bugzilla components (Please add your comments)

I don't have strong opinions about what particular stuff should go 
where, but I agree that we should have fewer, less-granular categories. 
I like option 2 -- "attempt to merge some of categories that make sense."

Also, I'd like to propose we move forward with just using the cosmo-dev 
list for all discussions now. This will be my last cross-posting. :)
