Based on the questions I had about non-development related issues for
the Scooby/Cosmo merge, here is the summary and some next actions of
what's needed…

1. Name of the project.
+ Seems pretty unanimous we're going to drop the 'Scooby' project
name and refer to the project as 'Cosmo'.
+ In addition, the next candidate to be released will be referred
to as Cosmo 0.5 (which will include the project formerly known as
Scooby 0.3)

2. Mailing lists.
+ Let's start moving all the discussions on Scooby to the Cosmo
list. If it starts to become difficult to follow threads, when we can
decide if it's necessary to add more tags to help filter discussions,
currently there doesn't seem to be a need.

3. IRC channels.
+ Topic has been changed to notify people to move all the
discussion to #Cosmo.

4. Wiki pages?
+ I'll take the lead to work out a punch list on the wiki to see
what pages need to be moved and which to archive.

5. Merging the status meetings?
+ As of last week, we've had the first merged meeting. Since the
meetings are currently back to back–

6. Merging cosmo-demo and scooby-demo and also what about
cosmo.osafoundation.org and scooby.osafoundation.org?
 > I vote for cosmo-demo.osafoundation.org and cosmo.osafoundation.org.
+ Sounds fine to me. I'll add that to the punch list and work
with Jared on the changes.

One more thought that crossed my mind…
7. Bugzilla–looks like we'll just work with Bear to transition the
Scooby bugs over to Cosmo.

Next steps:
I will follow up with a punch list of things on the wiki and assign
bugs when necessary to make sure the items above are carried through.
I will follow up with a wiki link once I have it up.

Thanks, -Priscilla
