[Cosmo-dev] [PATCH] adding password retrieval to cmp

the foxmarks crew has asked for the ability to retrieve (encrypted)
user account passwords from cosmo with cmp. i've been hesitant to add
this capability since it's such an obvious security issue, but they
really want it, so i've worked up a patch against cosmo 0.3, which is
the version they have in production. the patch is attached to bug 5350
(<https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5350>).

is anybody interested in having this feature added to cosmo? do you
have any concerns? would the feature's existence be a showstopper for
your deployment of cosmo?
