+1 on going with the name Cosmo for the entire project. We're going
to rebrand in the future so I woudn't put much time into the name.

The traffic on the list is light enough at this point that I think
merging is a good idea. Coming up with a naming convention for the
topic isn't a bad idea either.

+1 to merge the IRC channels.

I think we need to integrate these, just not sure how to approach it.
This is a big task.

I think the issue of status meetings should be revisited in general.
The frequency of the meeting, the people involved, etc. should be
considered. I would recommend that we move to a every other week
meeting, leave it back to back and slightly change the focus. The
first hour is the backend/infrastructure, the second hour is the Web
App UI meeting (Web Calendar UI, Admin, Repository Browser)

6. Merging cosmo-demo and scooby-demo and also what about
cosmo.osafoundation.org and scooby.osafoundation.org?
I vote for cosmo-demo.osafoundation.org and cosmo.osafoundation.org.
Thanks for bringing these up.
