I think Chandler will end up having UI to chose which collections are
included in your free/busy calculation.  Any collection that's included
in free/busy calculations will need to have all its items in your
personal soup so the server knows about it.

Basically, I'd imagine you wouldn't bother putting items in A's
collection into B's soup until it's actually needed, for private
annotations or for freebusy.

It seems like the other user's name and the UUID should be enough.
