[Cosmo] cosmo home directory browser

over the last couple of weeks i've added an initial version of the 0.3
home directory browser to the cosmo trunk. this interface allows users
to navigate through collections and download resources; view calendars
and events as html/hcalendar; subscribe to atom 1.0 feeds describing
the contents of collections; and to grant and revoke tickets on
collections and resources.

this early version of the browser is lacking in completeness and
robustness. for instance, there are no breadcrumbs, so you have to
navigate with the back button. i've only tested the atom feeds with
feeddemon (which shows the hcalendar entry content as a blob of
unrendered html). we'll add a lot of polish and potentially rework
some of the functionality before 0.3 is released.

if anybody feels like building the trunk, having a look, and testing
feeds, tickets, downloads, etc, i'd be happy to have your feedback.
