[Cosmo] Cosmo demo server upgraded

I've just upgraded the cosmo-demo server to use version 0.2.4 of Cosmo

The repository was created empty so you will need to create your 
account.

If you wish to retrieve or access the data that was in the previous 
instance the port # is 8095
