[Cosmo] GC in Sun's VM

The Cosmo instance on port 8503 of cosmo-demo has add '-verbose:gc
-XX:+PrintGCTimeStamps' added to its JAVA_OPTS.  It now outputs GC run
information to stdout, which gets stored in
/var/service/cosmobranch02test1/log/logs/current where it will show
exact timing and size of collections.

I think jrockit's better reporting will be a helpful data source.  But
Brian, if you to trigger one more long-pause run against 8503, you could
confirm the behavior directly via the log file.
