[commits] (stearns) [10364] Fix bug 5694 (Deleting a recurring event raises an exception): the DV's kind-change watcher now handles it-was-deleted notifications (which Andi is now sending again); also, tweak the DV branchpoint delegate to use the None view for deleted items (I thought it was this way before - apparently notsomuch.)
