Huh, sorry about this checkin.  I track cosmo via svk, and a local  
change looks like it got pushed back into the Cosmo repo.  I'm not on  
the committers list, but the svn server doesn't really know about the  
committers list, so svk's push of this change succeeded.  Maybe a  
committer should put this back the way it's supposed to be.   
Maybe .classpath and .settings should be ignored, but .project  
probably shouldn't be.
