I would: 

 * use triage
 * in each one of two related items, mention the other item.

suggests that each item on Chandler Hub should have a URL. With something
like that, you could make Chandler complementary to a system that uses
dependencies.

that sub-tasks will not be a feature of Mozilla Calendar.
