For a simple shared calendar and nothing else, Chandler Desktop may be OTT. 

Would your team members consider CalDAV clients such as Apple iCal, Mozilla
Sunbird, Mozilla Lightning in Thunderbird?

Chandler Server and Chandler Hub offers features not present in, say, Google
Calendar.
