Indeed, I forgot about that!
When a collection is read-only: if we ignore that for alarms, then why not
ignore that for all aspects of an item? Allow the read-only items to be
edited, but not synchronised?
A few issues come to mind,
https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10967 cannot rename
collections in the sidebar that are subscribed from remote servers
https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11846 Auto-triage events
from other calendar apps/services
https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12254 a collection from a
subscribed non chandler hub cal do not always auto triage
https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12526 a read-only
calendar that is properly without triage should never appear to have false
triage through subscription in Chandler Desktop
