[chandler-users] Unscheduled 'to do' lists.

Accepting that Chandler aims to fall between full blown project 
management software and noddy lists that might as well be maintained in 
a text editor, is there a way within Chandler to maintain lists of 
unscheduled items which can be assigned start and end dates as resources 
become available ?
