[chandler-users] available for italian translation / localization. Is it needed?

It turns out there is an Italian translation of Chandler desktop,
submitted by Gianpaolo Perego. Unfortunately, due to an error on my
part, it isn't included in the 1.0.3. I will correct this and make
sure it's included in 10.4.
