'Print Triage List' is amongst the issues that are classed as starter
projects, so there's an invitation/encouragement for developers to get
involved. 

In OSAF Bugzilla, related to printing:

Desktop and <http://tinyurl.com/osaf-cosmo-hub-print> two for Chandler Hub
or Cosmo.
