[chandler-users] Error in chandler: "Another Chandler is already running off the same data repository."

Hello,

I got the Message "Eine Kopie von Chandler läuft bereits."(German version)
which seems equal to "Another Chandler is already running off the same data
repository."

The hints I found to solve the problem with start configuration does not
solve the problem. In the attachment you find the log file.

Perhaps the log contains hints to find the error cause.
