I tried it myself, found the alarm present on both copies of Chandler
Desktop. 

So, it seems that <https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12832>
does not bug Chandler Desktop clients of Chandler Server (using Morse Code);
only other types of client (most noticeably CalDAV) fail to receive alarm
data from the server.

Kelly found his Chandler Desktop "WITHOUT ANY OF THE ALARMS" following a
sync with the Hub.
