[chandler-users] chandlerproject.org and osafoundation.org service availability

Both are down at the moment, according to 
<http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/chandlerproject.org> and 
<http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/osafoundation.org>. 

Off-list, someone asked whether I know what's going on. I don't know, sorry. 

If the issue today is comparable to the issue on 12th March, then I guess that downtime should be not too long.
