[chandler-users] Richt-text on notes field

I disagree. I use Chandler Desktop on Linux, and it would be damn nice
to have proper bulleted and numbered lists, bold/italic, and hyperlinks.
Font and size selection would be an added bonus.

And ideally, this would use the platform's rich-text edit widget, so
that it picks up the platform-wide editing shortcuts.
