Our IRC channels are pretty active during US west coast business hours, 
but quiet outside those hours.  Many people stay logged in when they 
aren't actually at their computers.

Also, occasionally people come in to the IRC channel and no one notices 
their question for a while, so occasionally you need to have patience.

Anyway, hope you have success finding us on IRC at some point!

The release links seem to work, and that's the latest code, but the 
continuous build/milestone links do seem to be broken, thanks for 
pointing that out.
