[chandler-users] "State of the User Community" report for Nov 20-21st OSAF Board Meeting

Hi Delphine and Andre,

Our next board meeting is scheduled for the 3rd week of November  
(20-21st). Perhaps this would be a good first milestone for a "State  
of the User Community" report?
