Yes. And sometimes, we just don't have the answers. Maybe it is worth
answering "we don't know" or "maybe try to contact x or z directly".
Because a non-answered question is A Bad Thing (TM), whereas a "sorry,
we're here, but at this time we can't answer your question" is A Good
Thing (TM).
