[chandler-users] inconsistent deletion behavoiur

I get these same behaviours with 'remove' but not with 'delete'. If I 'delete' from the
dashboard it's gone for good. If I want to keep a copy in X but have it nowhere else, I
'remove' it from the other folders. If I want it complete gone I 'delete' it.
