[chandler-users] Localization roundtripping

Quick tested on my chandler and it is working ok. Although my setup is  
different.

mac os x 10.5
chandler desktop 1.0.2 for intel
safari 3.2 for hub viewing
firefox 3.0.4
language : traditional chinese

Entered Chinese text in desktop is ok with hub, vice versa is also  
true. Both firefox and safari are ok.
