[chandler-users] [UAG] [Proposal] Web Forum for Chandler Users

Well, Google Code doesn't give you web forums, except Google Groups, 
which people seem to be against.

Kenai looks very nice, and is supported by Sun, but it's also really 
new. (A few months?) Have you had any experience with it?
