Another option would be to move to Sourceforge. I hadn't thought of it
in our earlier discussion, but am now starting to like it more and
more. They can host any or all of the project's Subversion code
repository, bug tracker, mailing list, web forum, and I believe even
the web site. (I'm not sure if it's easy to add a wiki their web
hosting.) It's probably not the best solution for each individual area,
but I don't know of anyone else who can give us all of this in one
place.
