This looks to me like yet another instance of bug 12042:

This bug is partially user error, in that what I believe you are doing  
is using a username with different cased letters than the one you  
signed up with.

For example, if a user creates an account with username "travis" and  
tries to log in with "Travis" they will be allowed into the web ui,  
but see the error you are seeing. This has been corrected in the  
upcoming 0.15 release, which will be pushed to hub.chandlerproject.org  
early next week, so that users logging in with incorrectly cased  
usernames will be denied access.

To fix this now and in the future you'll need to be sure to use the  
same cased letters as when you signed up. hub. If you aren't sure what  
this username is, you'll need to use the "forgot your password" link  
on http://hub.chandlerproject.org, enter your email address. You  
should receive an email shortly which will contain your username.

If this doesn't appear to be the problem in this case, please let me  
know and we'll keep digging!
