I think you're expanding Agenda's auto-assignment to categories (which 
assigned simply on occurrence of words or phrases in an item's 
description) to smart folders/filters. The latter needs a more 
complicated UI, especially because it will end up needing some kind of 
graphical construction of those expressions (like in EccoPro) to be 
really user-friendly. Not that having smart folders wouldn't be nice...
