Interesting. Can you say a little about how this helps you save time?  
Would a "Duplicate" menu item do the trick as well?

We do have a bug for sorting the LATER section:

though what you want is more general. The current behaviour is to have  
the sub-sort for triage be by the last time you changed triage status,  
but maybe there's a better/simpler option here. Mimi, what do you think?

Me, too. I'm not sure if there's enough coding time to get this in
