Sometimes the "big and great" is just a whole lot of little things and
it seems to me that what you expect *is* happening.

Personally, I've had rather concrete feedback from the staff, lately,
and if they aren't alive, then I think I seriously need a psychologist
;-)

Every single journey, no matter how long it is, starts with just one step ;-)
