[chandler-users] Database already open by another user?

Andrew asks:  Have you tried restarting your computer?

Yes, I have tried both re-booting and powering completely down and
re-starting.

I also tried starting the program with the --recover option but I think I am
doing something wrong with this.  It doesn't execute properly in windows.

My computer runs win 2K pro on an older Dell system with 500 Mb of ram.  It
has worked perfectly for the last few months.  I upgraded to 0.7.6 when the
version came out and haven't had any trouble before this.

hi folks,

When I try to open Chandler, it drops an error code, "Database already open
by another user" and aborts.

I'm the only user and there are no other instances of the program running.

How do I fix this problem?
