[chandler-users] libutil issue

Hi. Can some involved person say how the libicu issue is going to be handled in the next release ?

I'm using a slightly old machine which hasn't taken kindly to Ubuntu 8.04. I'm planning to go back to 7.10 which worked fine. However if it means that the next Chandler release won't work, because of changing the version of libicu, then I'll have to rethink. 

(See how committed I've become -- Chandler will determine my hardware!)
