Yes, if you publish to Chandler Hub instead, you will be able to  
access this calendar from Chandler read-write.

There are some funky bugs with Apple iCal right now, so the

Here are more questions to see if we can discover some clues:

Do you get any email error messages when you sync mail. You can try  
to isolate mail by going to the File>>Sync>>Mail menu and then look  
at the status bar (bottom edge of the Chandler window) to see what  
Chandler is doing.

Are you able to see the messages from other email applications?  
Meaning, have you gotten the IMAP folders to work with a different  
email application?

Are you able to see emails sent from other Chandler Desktops? That  
would be another way to test if Chandler is generally having trouble  
downloading mail from the Exchange server. I can try sending you an  
email from my Chandler if that's easier than you setting up a 2nd  
Chandler Desktop.

(Also, just to double-check, these are IMAP Folders, not Exchange- 
MAPI folders?)
