I'm running with --catch never and Chandler does export the 
repository upon quitting. --nocatch has been deprecated for a long time.
Same with --nocatch. This is running on trunk.

I vaguely remember that the intention was to indeed disable repo export by 
default if --nocatch or --catch never was used. It is an annoyance, during
development, to have this happen all the time.
