[chandler-users] Fighting a phantom

Sadly, I've never been able to reproduce this in a way that I could  
debug what was going on.

In many cases, a reboot should solve this problem. Someone also  
reported this on IRC the other day, and said he worked around it as  
directed in the first part of the above bug report (by running  
Chandler with the --recover option).
