Hello,

I have been finding chandler is the best GTD app I have used, the integration and syncing is great.
I was using iGTD for a while but have found chandler works much much better.

We use exchange here for all our mail, events so I have been working on ways to integrate it with my own Mac workflow. My main concern was using my exchange calendar in my Chandler workflow.

Using Entourage I sync my Entourage calendar (you can only sync one cal ) for two way editing to iCal, this means I can add events in iCal much nicer than entourage 2008 and staff can arrange meetings based on my schedule. If events come in via other calendars I change them to my entourage cal if I need too, also using 10.5 I have 2 way sync with all my other Chandler Cals.

However I needed my entourage Cal in Chandler so I published the entourage cal from iCal to my .Mac account (guess I could have been to my hub account) and then I subscribed to it from within Chandler however publishing from iCal does not allow me to add tasks in Chandler (iCal publishes it read only) I can on my other macs sync'd to .mac from within iCal of course.

This all works pretty well for me, however I have noticed the triage status of my entourage events in Chandler sometimes gets stuck even after the event has passed ?
As I cannot update them its a little annoying as they hang around, I want them in dashboard, I like everything in dashboard.
Any ideas??

I have also been unable to use the Chandler folders although IMAP is working on the exchange servers here and I can send, not received any though, I have no other chandler users in my team though (yet)

Any suggestions on getting my contacts from entourage into Chandler ? So I can send tasks with out having to look up address's all the time.

Oh sorry one more question anyone used Chandler with Quicksilver at all ?? I still need a faster way to get tasks in and quicksilver was nice.

I also thought Anxiety might offer quick input but its not so quick and only shows to do (starred) items, so I don't need it for anything other than input

Hope that makes some sense, I am hoping to use Chandler to manage my team tasks soon as well (any team management chandler tips welcome), I have been using it to plan some school wide events with tasks and Cals with great success.

Sorry that was a long eMail.

Thanks
