I don't know of many generic CalDAV to HTML solutions, but you might
look into the Atompub data API we use for our web UI:
http://chandlerproject.org/Projects/CosmoFeedServiceSpec
In particular, mashups with pretty simple needs could probably use the
"basic" data projection described here:
http://chandlerproject.org/Projects/CosmoFeedCollectionsAndItems
