[chandler-users] WishList: Permanent Collection Gtoups

I would like sub collections and groupings

I think of collections as 'projects' and within the projects I have sub collections.
I tend to have reference items that refer to different projects but rather than set them in a global reference collection or just as done items in a collection, sub collections would resolve a number of things

For example :-

- Module A (collection (container) - would auto display all sub collections tasks)
-- Inbox (sub collection) - you know its module A but yet to be sorted
-- Staff Tasks
-- Student Tasks
-- Resources
-- Wish List
-- Reference Items

I was also thinking might be nice to add custom divider lines (titles/groupings) in the collections list . For finished collections say, or other global groupings. In this example it could be Course Name.

For example:-

Course Name (Divider/group) (no tasks just divider/grouping)
- Module A (collection)
-- Inbox (sub collection)
-- Staff Tasks
-- etc etc.

I expect these would all need to collapse, as my collection list is getting long enough

I was then thinking Dashboard would be my Global next actions list for all my Collections and sub collections.

Thanks
Adam

Yes, agreed! :)

Do you think you would have a need to be able to group the same
collections in different ways?

e.g.
Family: You, Spouse, Daughter, Son
Work Group: You, Colleagues
