Ouch, I'm sorry this is broken for you.

The issue is that many of your events have their timezones set to UTC. 
This often happens if you're exporting a calendar from Microsoft 
Exchange, or from a variety of mobile phones.

We've had a bug to display UTC events differently for a while 
(https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5653) but we haven't 
gotten around to fixing it, I'm afraid.

For now, one workaround would be to convert all your UTC events to 
America/Denver using change_tz (included in the latest version of 
vobject, http://vobject.skyhouseconsulting.com).  I ran it on your 
calendar, I'll send you the converted ics file.
