OK, then it sounds like an errant mouse-capture.  Still annoying, but 
not the issue I was thinking of.  I haven't heard of this issue before.

Hmm.  From your description, it sounds like a wx Linux bug.  Helpful 
that it's (somewhat) reproducible.

If you downloaded a binary build, most of Chandler's logic is in Python, 
so you can see browse the source in whatever you're running, but 
instructions for running from source are here:
