[chandler-users] custom recurrence

I tried out the custom rules and had the same bug, but using your 
work-around has it working fine. While the UI might still require some 
tweaking, it allows for the kinds of rules that i've requested before, 
so WELL DONE!

This and the clickable URLs in the notes field make the tool feel like 
it is just about a 1.0.
