[chandler-users] problem on sync

If the items that keep popping back to now all have alarms on them and 
aren't events, you're running into bug 12069,

The good news is we think we've fixed the main sources of this on the 
desktop and the server, the not so good news is those changes haven't 
been rolled out yet.

But, Randy says he's planning on patching Hub with the bug 12069 fix 
today, so this should be fixed in the relatively near future.
