A quick clarification, since I apparently miscommunicated things to  
Mimi:

- On Windows and Linux, there will be live URL support (blue underline)
- On the Mac, the cursor will turn into a hand, but no other  
indication of URLs. Clicking on them will open them, though.

I have also run into some problems on my Linux machine (Ubuntu Gutsy),  
where the live URL stuff appears to be crashing the app. I am tempted  
therefore to scale back the behaviour there to match the Mac.

The only other blocker I know for producing the test build is  
finalizing some issues on the custom recurrence front (cf http://markmail.org/message/ugu4dyrpqsfrun23)
