[chandler-users] Reorder collection items

Hello,

Just a quick request really, I think it would be nice if we could reorder
the items in a collection. For example: Just now I added a new item but
there were another item that should have been done before I do this recently
added one. Both have a "now" aspect (I'm "doing" them), but one must be done
before the other one.

I tried drag-and-dropping but couldn't reorder them.
