You would need to have the debug plugin to have that. But don't worry,
there is an easier way to get rid of the certificate manager collection
in the sidebar.

1. File > Export collections and settings...
2. File > Reload collections and settings...

This gets rid of the certificate store collection in the sidebar because
the certificate store entry is not saved into the exported collections
and settings.
