[chandler-users] Bad press about Chandler

Marcelo,

Thanks for your kind words, continued commitment to Chandler and
enthusiasm! Dedicated users who are filing bugs are a great help to us.

A big event like our restructuring will always take on it's own spin,
particularly in the blogosphere. We realize we need to do a better job
refining our marketing message so that people really understand the
core value we are trying to deliver. When the message isn't clear it's
pretty easy to disappoint people's expectations. We really want a good
plan in place before we start making a lot of noise about the product
again. Delivering on our short term product goals is key here since
ultimately it will have the greatest impact.

Cheers,
Sheila
