What's happened is that the full text index Chandler uses for allowing
searching within collections has become corrupted. That unfortunately
happened occasionally in 0.7.1, I haven't heard of it being a problem
since we upgraded a few libraries.

To solve the problem in the short term, have your colleague start
Chandler while holding down the Ctrl key. One of the options will be to
"Discard full-text index and reindex my data". This should make those
collections sync again. Probably the next step would be to have him
export his data to a .chex file and upgrade to 0.7.4.1.

Please let us know if that doesn't fix the problem!

Sincerely,
Jeffrey
