[chandler-users] collection size after upgrade

Hi Jeffrey,
I don't know if this will be surprise to anyone at OSAF, but when I
upgraded to 0.7.4, all of the data in my repository was destroyed
(deleted), including backup repositories which I had saved in the
C:\Program Files\Chandler 0.7.3 directory. Because I had no idea what
was going to happen upon upgrading, I took the precaution of exporting
AND backing up my data. Fortunately, I put my exported data in a
location beyond the reach of the Chandler installer. The only way for me
to recover after upgrading was to reload. It really wasn't a purposeful
export/reload out of personal choice or "let's see what happens." It was
the only way for me to recover my data.
I'll be interested in hearing your reaction to all this because I
suspect that this wasn't supposed to happen. Reading between the lines,
you might guess that my experience with upgrades (of ANY software) has
often included negative consequences, for which I prepare.
